Free United States Postal Service Parcel Post Shipping on all U.S. Orders over $30.
U.S.P.S. Parcel Post expected arrival is about 5-7 business days.
U.S.P.S. Priority is about 2-3 business days.
Shipping & Processing Guidelines
All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.

If you order a virtual race, please read the details below of when that particular race's package contents will ship.

World's Grumpiest 5k ships is a pre-order and ships in early October.
Garfield's Halloween 4k is a pre-order and ships in early October.
Garfield's Donut Run is in stock and ships immediately.

Shadowbox displays, acrylics and posters take 2-3 weeks from order date.

Official training gear by Raw Threads ships in 5-7 days from the order date.
If you order outside of the United States, your entire order will be shipped together. There are no partial shipments.
International Shipping Policies
International Shipping is currently available for China, Canada, Brazil, France, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Netherlands and the United Kingdom. If you choose International U.S.P.S. it could take 4-6 weeks to receive your package.

If your country is not available to ship to, please email us at and we will do our best to assist you.

Run with Character accepts no risk of merchandise due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subjet to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Run with Character has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Run with Character, you are considered the 'importer of record' and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Exchange policy on clothing
In order to exchange your item you must return the original item as a regular return and purchase the new item as a new order. We recommend you re-order immediately before we run of the size or style. You must be making the exchange within 30 days of the original order date and it must follow the return criteria below.

1. The item has not been worn or washed.
2. The tags are still attached.
3. You are making the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
4. Your item is not damaged.
If you answered YES to all of the questions above, your return qualifies!

A member of the Run with Character customer service team will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
Please return our entire return policy below. However we are required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information. Please note all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Refund Policy
Virtual Race Registrations
Entry fees for all virtual registrations are non-refundable.
Run with Character reserves the right to refuse the entry into, and/or revoke any registration for, any race for any reason in its sole discretion with refund of any applicable registration fees being the sole remedy of any such refusal and/or revocation.

All races are non-transferable between individuals.

Returns and Exchanges are only valid on merchandise.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping a Return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Run with Character, 6900 TAVISTOCK LAKES BLVD, Suite 400, Orlando Florida US 32827.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refused Shipments
If you choose to refuse your shipments from Run with Character, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Run with Character in Florida.
